Detox Bath Tips:

PDF Print E-mail

1c epsom salt

1c sea salt

2c baking soda

.

Run a bath as hot as you can stand and soak for 20 min.

You can wash off with glycerine soap when you are done, or

simply rinse in the shower. Be sure to drink LOTS of cool water

while in the tub as you will sweat a ton !

.

The epsom salts have magnesium in them, which relaxes your muscles and

helps greatly with elimination. That is why athletes take a bath in epsom

salts after strenuous workouts. But taking them too often will simply

not yield the same releases every time. The hCG and your body are

going to metabolize fat at their own rate. The bath helps eliminate

what is already metabolized. Doesn't speed up overall weight loss.

Enjoy them, 1-2x a week maximum !

.

Variations:

Prepare your bath on a day when you have at least 40 minutes

available, as the first 20 minutes are said to help your body

remove the toxins, while the second 20 minutes are for absorbing

the minerals in the water.

.

Be sure to chug water while in the bath or you may get a slight

headache. After your bath, drink a hot cup of water with the

juice of 1 lemon adding Stevia to taste and this will help accelerate

your detox.

1) HCG is not an FDA approved method of weight-loss therapy. 2) HCG has not been demonstrated to be effective adjunctive therapy in the treatment of obesity. There is no substantial evidence that it increases weight loss beyond that resulting from caloric restriction, that it causes a more attractive or "normal" distribution of fat, or that it decreases the hunger and discomfort associated with calorie-restricted diets.
